But Bobby’s roots in construction go back even further — at just 22 years old, he began his career in the Plumbing and Pipe Fitters Union right here in South Florida. In 2001, Bobby joined one of the largest restoration companies in the region, starting at the bottom and working his way up to Director of Operations, leading a workforce of over 700 men. Though the company closed its doors in 2007, the experience was invaluable. From there, Bobby became Project Manager and later Company Director at Phoenix Concrete, where he achieved great success before overseeing the company’s closure in 2011. Soon after, he was recruited by a small restoration company as Director of Operations — helping build it into a large, thriving business that still stands strong today.
